Playable Species

Elzuosa (singular elzuose) are a relatively unusual species of electrically-powered crystalline-plant people. They're one of the few organic sapients to share a home planet with another, having evolved alongside the sarathi on Kalixcis.

Humans are a species of sapient lifeforms hailing from Earth, having evolved over millions of years from primates. Scientifically called Homo Sapiens, they recovered from a turbulent history thanks to unusual hardiness. A majority of their population lives in the Sol System, the core of the Solar Confederation.

Kepori are a dinosaurid species covered in feathers vaguely reminiscent of Earth (Sol)’s extinct Troodontidae. They’re small and sometimes seen as weak by other species due to their hollow bones but as a result, are quite quick and nimble on their feet. Those found in space usually are commonly known as rollaways.

Nians are a people originating from the Sol system that resemble anthropomorphic lepidoptera. They are a scientifically and taxonomically controversial species with their muddled origin being the source of significant amounts of discourse. A majority of Nians are citizens of the Solar Confederation.

Phorids are a loose grouping (typically considered a sort of species) of people defined by being affected by any of several related conditions where plasma converts and overtakes organic matter. They're well known and loved for being violently difficult to keep alive in typical oxygenated atmospheres.

Rachnids are aliens with coincidental physiological similarities to Sol spiders. Despite visible adaptations that would make them excellent hunters, modern Rachnidian culture revolves around honing the skills and talents of oneself, treating them as forms of self-expression.

The Sarathi are a mesothermic cold-blooded reptilian species hailing from the planet Kalixcis. They are a resourceful, independent, and capable people whose ability to adapt lets them thrive in any position. Sarathi culture places no significance in blood bonds, instead joining a family which they will be a part of until they choose to leave.

Vox have no colonies of their own to speak of. Most Vox originate from a location known as the Shoal, a sprawling, labyrinth-like space megalith of debris and asteroids fused together over countless orbits. It is there where their cutthroat and opportunistic behavior stems from.
